Cyber Security Incident

Important Information Cyber Security Incident

We recently experienced a cyber security incident. A malicious third party gained access to some of our IT systems, and as a result, certain information has been accessed and exported. This could include name, date of birth, contact details, and some health information. We do not believe any payment information was impacted.

Our immediate actions:

  • We believe the third party is no longer active in our IT environment.

  • We have engaged specialised cyber security forensic experts to thoroughly investigate and ensure the security of our systems.

  • We have identified most of the individuals or stakeholders whose information may have been affected, and are in the process of contacting them.
