Profile
Dr Paul Leong graduated from medicine at the University of NSW in 2005. He underwent radiology training at Liverpool Hospital, which included a 6 month period learning PET/CT in the nuclear medicine department.
This was followed by a Fellowship year at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in 2013, focusing on chest and musculoskeletal imaging, including procedures.
He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2014.
He has been working as a consultant radiologist at both Liverpool and Campbelltown Hospitals since 2014, and holds a conjoint lecturer appointment at UNSW. He also provides regular lectures to undergraduate medical students at the University of Western Sydney.
Dr Leong also takes respiratory medicine and interstitial lung disease meetings at Liverpool Hospital and Campbelltown Hospital.
Dr Leong's interests are in chest and musculoskeletal imaging.
He also performs a wide range of procedures, including musculoskeletal injections, arthrograms, spinal injections, and biopsies.
