Dr Chee Chung Hiew

Profile

Dr Chee Chung Hiew graduated from The University of Sydney in 1990 with first class honours. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 1998 and was awarded the M.G.F.Donnan Prize for Pathology for the Diploma of the RANZCR part 2 examinations.

He completed a Clinical fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto and a further Fellowship at The Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Detroit. He gained experience and expertise in all aspects of Paediatric Imaging including body and neuro-imaging. Dr Hiew is currently a senior staff radiologist at the Prince of Wales and Sydney Children’s Hospitals. He also holds conjoint appointment with The Royal Hospital for Women, Randwick, and has experience in neonatal imaging.

Dr Hiew is a well qualified radiologist with over 20 years experience in public and private practice. He is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at the University of NSW, Randwick and he has been an examiner for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists. Dr Hiew is also actively involved with the College and has been a NSW Branch Committee member for over 15 years.
