Dear Valued Patient

Important Information - Cyber Security Incident

These documents could include name, date of birth, contact details, and in some instances pathology results, reports and referrals. . We do not believe any payment information was impacted.

Our immediate actions:

  • We believe the third party is no longer active in our IT environment.
