Dear Valued Patient

Important Information - Cyber Security Incident
We recently experienced a cyber security incident. A malicious third party gained access to some of our IT systems, and as a result, some patient records have been accessed and exported. These documents could include name, date of birth, contact details, and in some instances pathology results, reports and referrals. . We do not believe any payment information was impacted.

Our immediate actions:
-
We believe the third party is no longer active in our IT environment.
-
We have engaged specialised cyber security forensic experts to thoroughly investigate and ensure the security of our systems.
-
We have identified most of the individuals or stakeholders whose information may have been affected, and we have commenced the process of contacting those individuals.

Our services remain fully operational, and we are committed to continuing to provide the highest quality care.
